We’re proud to be featured in The Village Survival Guide, a publication by The Prince's Countryside Fund, a charity which works to improve the lives of people living and working in rural parts of the UK.
The practical and engaging handbook follows on from the Fund’s 2018 research Recharging Rural, which saw over 3,000 people explaining some of the ways rural communities are pulling together to tackle problems and challenges.
The publication features user-friendly advice from experts, alongside stories and examples of those who have made a real difference in their community. Forest Holidays newest location, Beddgelert in Snowdonia National Park, which is featured in the guide, demonstrates the benefits of businesses working hand in hand with the local community to boost tourism, employment and help to connect people with nature.
