General Manager at Thorpe Forest

Charmaine plays a key role at Thorpe Forest, supporting her team and assisting guests throughout their stay. Her favourite cabin is No. 38, loved for its spacious layout and stunning open woodland views from the hot tub. In her spare time, Charmaine enjoys exploring the walking trails of Thetford Forest and spending time with her family at Banham Zoo.

    Assistant Retreat Manager

    Emily leads the team at the Retreat, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. She loves being surrounded by the calming trees and wildlife. Her favorite local spot is Bury St Edmunds, with its boutique stores and beautiful Abbey Gardens. On rainy days, Emily loves relaxing in a hot tub, and for dining, she recommends The Stag in Attleborough for a classic carvery.

    Olivia spends her days in the heart of the forest, caring for the environment and helping Thorpe Forest thrive as a Trash Free Trails hub. She loves connecting with nature and guests, embracing the motto: "Doing what you like is freedom, liking what you do is happiness.". At Thorpe, she treasures a secret spot on her Wildlife Wonders walk, her personal haven. She believes Forest Holidays offers the perfect balance of tranquility and activities for every guest.
