Where do I collect my keys from?
When you arrive on location please check-in at the Forest Retreat. Once you have completed the check-in process, the team will provide you with the key to your log cabin. Shortly after you check-in, a member of the team may visit your cabin to check everything is okay and ensure that you’re all set for a comfortable stay with us.
Please note - Garwnant Visitor Centre is just under a mile away from our cabins.
If you are going to be arriving later than 20:00 please contact the location who will make arrangements for you to collect your key after hours.
